Terms and Conditions

All bookings are strictly by appointments. Cancelations and changes to your appointment must be made at least 48hrs in advance or you will be charged a 50% penalty of the total booked service cost. While cancelations within 24hrs will not be refunded, rescheduling can be facilitated at a cost. We understand that life happens, however we regret that no call no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled so please do your part to advise us on time to avoid any inconviniences. Late arrivals by more than 15mins will need to be rescheduled.

All treatment packages and gift cards sales are final and are valid for 6months unless stated in writing.

Once you arrive for your appointment please take a seat and wait in the lobby upstairs by the elevator and wait to be escorted to the treatment room. Please allow us at least 10mins in case of busy days and while you wait be sure to fill out your client consent form if you have not done so already. Please do not sign your Client consent form without reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions please consult your esthetician before finalizing your booking and making your payment.
PS. We are currently NOT accepting any Groupon payments due to some technicalities. If you had already purchased a Groupon please contact them for a refund and take a screenshot of the price you were charged and we will gladly honor their rate.
